Well known for incredible drywall repair skills and an extensive shoe collection. Not known for his height but more than makes up for it with his general good looks and attention to detail! Serving the flooring industry since 2001.
Owner/Controller
Definitely the best golfer in the office. Though savvy with avoiding the camera, you can still find the odd article on his local club championship win! Although he does not keep his vehicle as clean as he should according to Troy, he is forgiven because of his wonderful relationship with CRA.
General Manager
Technical advice is his middle name. Loves a good cup of coffee and extra-long phone calls. Not allowed to eat coconut or anything that crumbles in the office as per Troy. Does he really need an 8-foot level and scaffolding to hang the new toilet paper holder? He believes he does.
Sales Consultant
His singing voice is that of an angel and consistently entertains the staff with his vocals whether they want to hear them or not. His trail-running obsession helps him deal with the stress of being a highly sought after sales consultant and local celebrity. He too has a somewhat impressive growing shoe collection, and we wait with bated breath every Monday on what his adventure was with his “buddy” Dallas over the weekend.
Commercial Sales Consultant
His disciplined diet is impressive and his ability to eat his lunch at exactly 2:07 every day is a marvel to witness. Despite Brayden’s opinion, he has the best beard in the office. His love of running helps him work off the multiple pots of coffee Coltyn can consume in a day!
Sales Consultant
Extremely lucky to have Troy as his Dad, Alex is a fantasy football expert and perennial commissioner of his league. There have been some controversies with him as the commissioner, but he claims his rules are all above board. Alex is also well known for his sports injuries and his extreme knowledge of anything Disney!
Sales Consultant
Nobody loves Subway more than this guy. He is an incredible golfer but has failed to bring a trophy back to Steinbach’s Flooring Canada as of yet. Brayden does not love the sun and is the coach of the local Steinbach Huskies hockey team. He has been known to have a temper when his beloved Huskies lose to the dominant rival Mitchell Mustangs!
Sales Consultant
Contrary to popular belief, Mitchell is not Troy’s son. Mitchell is more of a Jordan Vogt junior with his long phone calls and love for technical information. His spreadsheets are absolutely to die for!
Sales Consultant
Since our devastating fire in 2022, we figured it would be a great idea to have a fireman on staff. So far, so good! Tyson rocks the moustache with pride and poise, and we look forward to seeing where this job takes him. He claims to have decent hockey skills but we are yet to see these claims in action.
Accounts Manager
Julie has our finances running smoothly every day. We’d advise not being late on a payment, she has this documented! She claims to not eat chocolate but doesn’t count dark chocolate in her claims. And the only donut she will eat is the Tim Horton’s Honey Cruller which is great since no one else wants that donut in our office.
Administrative
Also extremely lucky to have Troy as her Dad, Tate is a dog lover (unless it is someone else’s dog), former all-star athlete and a somewhat decent cook according to her husband that is just happy to be fed. Tate is currently on maternity leave and will return in early 2027.
Administrative
Madison joins us to take over Tate’s position while she is on maternity leave. She is known for making an incredible decorated cookie. She is mostly here to try and keep her brother Colton in line during the week, which is proving to be a big challenge.
Warehouse Manager
Simeli runs the show in the warehouse and manages our warehouse delivery staff. He has an infectious friendly attitude which is completely opposite of what you see from him on the Rugby pitch. We’d suggest getting out of his way if he’s coming after you! Simeli hails from Fiji but has committed to staying in Steinbach all because of a lovely Mennonite girl he met years ago!
